Be very careful about any call you receive from Cell C as you will be committed again.

After finishing a 2 years contract I was on a month-to-month pay. I received a call from Cell C and saying that I am on a 10G contract and I am not using it so they can change it to 5G for a cheaper price. I accepted and did not know that it will be another 2 years commitment. I was about to leave South Africa and I knew it. Cell C did not accept to stop my contract and debited my account for the entire 2 years while I was their loyal customer for a long time. now my contract is finished and Cell C is still debiting my account in South Africa. I sent Cell C some emails to stop it and they do not stop debiting. I am not in SA to call them and feel so bad about it.
