Be honest dont sell oppo phones as iphones

A lady from cell c called to tell me about thier nice promotion i agreed to take 2 Iphones which were promoted for 1 and get another but when the product arrives it now oppo phone when i called to return the package been told storries and the case is being opened and closed i dont understand what is going on how can i be told of the case being closed without getting hold of me. It really irritating and time consuming for me.
