Be careful with Cell C. They don't back their warranties.

I took my Samsung A53 to Cell C Balfour Park for repairs. The phone was only 6 months old. I was told I would have it back by end of January. After waiting 2 months with no communication from them I went in to the branch to find out why the delay. Was told the phone was damaged (possibly water) and it would cost R10000 to repair. You can by the phone new on Takealot for R7800. It was not dropped in water or damaged in any other way. Cell C should back their warranties.

Water damage may result in voiding of the manufactures warranty.
