Be careful with Cell C Debit Orders

<p>I had a contract with Cell C for 2 years. My contract finised and I have decided NOT to renew it and go to pre-pay instead. </p> <p>I cancelled the contract (giving them a month notice) and they confirmed to me that the contract was terminated. By 01 MARCH 2016 I was on pre-paid. </p> <p>However, to my surprise, end of March a Debid Order came through to my bank account. I made a complaint asking them to CANCEL the debit orders. End of April the same thing happened, another complaint! Now, end of May AGAIN they are taking money from my account!</p> <p>Based on what can companies just go into your Bank Account and take money out of it when you don't have a contract anymore? </p> <p>Complaining to them does not help...How difficicult it is to CANCEL a debid order?</p> <p>And the worst is that my bank said they can not put a Stop on it because which month they debid a different amount!</p> <p>I would like an explanation and the end of this immediatelly!</p>
