Be careful of cell C heck your account and debit orders

Good day please be careful of cell c. Check your account and debit orders. I have 3 account with them all my debit orders went off on one debit order. So to mee it was paid as the debit orders went of. In May June. I notice my adress was change on one account. Like 600 km from me. I enquire In fact never answered. So later in July August get notices that I iam behind with my account. Well called customer care to be told my account is up to date. Well later dept collectors started calling. Well they such a joke. Had a few Ref numbers different account lol. We finally I am asked what is my cell number. We that was the one I realised was changed to a old banking debit order with out my notice and effort on effort was made to recover it form this account. I had Ref number on Ref number. In round about desember I was called and the lady much calmer than me indicated that I don't owe anything. I request a letter for that. Well today I am still waiting for that. The 2 days seems to have gone and past. I made contact with ICASA they forward my mail. Finally someone came back to me and indicated that the payments was not made. Well if cell c did not go and change the 2 cell phone debit orders it would have never being I problem. But guess we accountable for incompadance.. I am done will cell c. 7 months to resolve a matter. Your customer care don't know what y accounts is doing and head office it seem is just a place and we have to bear the brand. Ps till today my 2 account adress is still the same. Lol
