Be careful how you trust Cell C with your personal information, they will freely send a contract to someone without verification and permission

Nice Cell C, I provide proof and get no feedback!

So Cell C's RUDE agent calls me to give me "feedback" on complaint. When I ask her to put the feedback in writing to me, she says she cannot do that because I am not the account holder. I then asked her, send the feedback then to the account holder IN WRITING on email (my husband) and she says she cannot do that, because I cannot request this as I am not the account holder. Then why is SHE also giving me feedback telephonically if I am not the account holder. Sorry Cell C, but you are in big trouble here. She dares to tell me in her feedback that "consent" was obtained due to my husband replying to Cell C as well an copying me in ... so that is "consent", but me cancelling the account on his behalf via the same email is not "valid"... but them sending PERSONAL information via email, to me DIRECTLY and copying my husband in is "verification enough" as consent? That is NOT LEGAL, as PRIOR consent was not obtained from my HUSBAND to send me a copy of his contract. Cell C, my husband will be making a case and will also be contacting the Credit Regulator, as there are LAWS regarding disclosure of client's personal information WITHOUT their PRIOR consent. You can't just email me his contract copy, copy him in, and that is sufficient...

This will not end until Cell C accepts their fault / mistake and take ownership and responsibility as we've been inconvenienced GREATLY! And this can end up in a court if legal action is taken, but this will also be escalated to the National Consumer. No jokes.
