Be careful and stay clear from Cell C!!!

Been having endless issues with Cell C and their *********** and rude staff. Sitting without a phone because I cannot receive or make any calls. My account is up to date and I have been loyal to them for years. The never give feedback nor do they assist when you phone them. I am losing money as I use my phone for work. 2 days now and still no answers and still sitting without a phone. I have absolutely no confidence in Cell C. They must be the worst service provider on earth!! Lastly, I am also due for an upgrade but when I question this I get told that I have to wait another month. USELESS!!!!!!
