Battling to cancel Cell C contract

Battling to Cancel my Cell C contract for 4 months!

I was told that i needed to call on the 25 of May 2018 to give notice of cancellation and to avoid contract cancellation fees. I did that and the following month my contract was still not being cancelled. I phoned again in June and they told me that they are going to cancel it but a month down the line, contract NOT cancelled. I phoned again recently and was told that higher management will contact me... But a month down the line there has been NO contact. I am battling to cancel my contract which is quite urgent. The money that you guys are debiting from my account has a negative impact. I do not have the energy to take this further but if i must then i will. my reference number to my last call is ********** ********** 13. If this is not resolved before the next debit then i am disputing the debit order.
