Banking *****
My internet banking was hatched and a ********** sim swap was done by cell by phone .How was this allowed with out a copy of an ID document as required by me when a done a sim swap.I requested from cell c that no telephonic instructions be make but in store requests be make only .but this was ignored by cell c and the hacker done a temporary sim suspension by phone .This is unacceptable from cell and seems to promoting *****.My internet banking was hacked and all the OTP there sent to the ********** sim and my accounts cleaned out.

You are requesting a copy of my ID and affidavit yet the ********* was able to do a sim swap with out an ID even after I asked your customer service department to only take in store instructions with proof of ID.
My affidavit is with the police and the investigating officers details are below as per my first e-mail.
Has Cell - C contacted the investigating officer to assist in the investigation since it was reported ?
Is Cell -C going to compensate me for the money I have had ****** from me ?
The ********* done a telephonic sim swap and the cost is added to my account ?
E mails have been sent you without a reply.
