Bank statements with figures required to Cell C to upgrade an account?

I have been in accounting for over 25 years and I have never had to supply any supplier with bank statements and figures?

We supp**** them a letter from the bank, a company letterhead and a scan of the latest bank statement without the figures.

Cell C will not upgrade a package we already have them without the bank statements showing our balances.

This is absolute ******* that they require that. If they don't want the business we will take it else where.
