Bank account **********ly debited by Cell C

I've complained about Cell C and they called to follow up but no one to this day has been able to assist me. It's been over a year that an account was open **********ly in my name and my name has been cleared but I still get debited R2000 every month. No one from Cell C knows where it's coming from and this is frustrating because I need to reverse the amount every month. I'm really tired and have had enough. Cell C must stop this now
