Ban service and over promising customers

I would like the person who did the upgrade on my number *** to cancel the upgrade. I ordered a phone and he promised that it will be delivered by Thursday, I asked him several times is he sure because I am going to Mpumalanga on Saturday and he said yes. The driver was at my place in Gauteng today for delivery and I asked him to go back to cell c with that phone because I am in Mpumalanga. So I want Cell C to cancel it and also teach your staff not to over promise customers. I want cell c to call me again regarding this because this is the second review that I am writing and no one has called to follow up.
