Balloons mean so much to Cell C

I was a Cell C customer for many years and I changed over to another network because the signal issues were really getting to me. This isn't my issue but I'm going to tell you about one of your representatives who has brought utter disgrace to the name of Cell C for the sake of saving on a balloon, yes a balloon!! I went to the Shoprite store at the Signet Terrace Shopping Centre this morning and as we entered the store , my wife noticed that there was a Cell C guy who was handing out balloons to people. She asked him for a balloon as my three year old daughter asked for one. My wife asked the guy, " Hello, can I get a balloon for baby?", he asked, "Are you a Cell C customer?", my wife says, "No I'm not" and he just stared at her, then she asked him, "So if I'm not a Cell C customer, does it mean that I cannot get a balloon for my baby?". At this point he nodded his head(indicating YES). So she told him politely that he should take his balloon and shove it, yes I do agree with her on that one. I proceeded into the Shoprite store and bought a pack of balloons for my daughter. I mean seriously guys, a balloon means that much so you'll, (yes I'll say you'll coz that representative represents Cell C as long as he wears that shirt)refuse to give one to a child??? This is such a joke and makes Cell C look so damn cheap!!!
