Balance and settlement letter

Hi am sipho malindi i have an account with cell c whichbis default i have contacted cell c several times i want to settle my account what i need is the settlement amount and the account details so that i can make payment i have been told that i can not contact cellc legal department directly i must wait for the legal team to contact me it has been two month since i logged tjis query with cellc no one has contacted i call the everyday and email them this no luck with getting my balance and account to pay this is very frustrating i need help as i want this account paid up
