Bait Marketing

Cell needs to be transparent about their data special be cause they are doing bait marketing!. I bought 7 GB a day by day and was only allocated 2GB and when I called customer care I was told I used it for Facebook of which I don’t even have on my phone!.I asked to talk to the manager and was told I they will phone me back, no reference number or when should I expect the call.this is total disrespect to us customers!!!!!
