Bad/Poor service

My husband bought me a laptop on credit at Cell C, Worcester Branch early February of this year. We also took out insurance. I used the laptop for my studies only. early March I worked on it again as usual and after a ten minute break I wanted to continue working, to my shock it did not wanted to switch on, yet I did not even switch it off or put it to sleep I only locked it. The Monday we went to Cell C and explained the problem, they said they'll claim from the warranty as it appears to be a software problem. in May Cell C contacted me stating that warranty will not repair as they investigation appears that there was physical damage done to the laptop's switch, witch of course is not true. The warranty gave me three options to either pay R6000 for repairs, R200 cash for courier and transport monies that will also be added to our account or we dont pay any of the above and they will than confiscate the laptop..After going trough so mutch trouble with those warranty insurance they eventually send my laptop back to Cell C. Cell C decided they will claim from my insurance. Since then I have not heard from them, everytime I call they tell me the consultant who helped us with the deal is off. I am so angry to say the least, the manager did not even take this matter serious from the starting point, she joked around and made fun of me infront of staff and clients, she didn't even bother to look for solutions or just put me as a client at ease. What angers me most is the fact that we are paying for something we dont even have, since February and its July already. I struggling to keep up with my studies and I did request for a alternative laptop to use while mine is in repair, they did not even answer me! The laptop was my primary source of help, I cant believe this people! When my husband said he wants to cancel his contract, because of their bad service the manager threatened him with blacklisting him. I am done with CELL C, NO future business with them!!!!
