Bad, very bad service

A while ago I went to the Cell c store at Menlyn mall to blacklist/block my phone which got taken from me when I got ******. The lady who helped me not friendly or pleasant at all (did not catch her name) said I will get an sms 48h after I blacklist the phone to say it has been done. Not only was the lady very unfriendly but after I filled in the papers and I was done she didn't tell me and my dad we could go because we are doen she sat across me on her phone not saying a word, I had to ask her if we done, I was very confused by her behavior. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received a message saying that the phone was blacklisted, I wonder if she even did the job. I hope the HR of Cellc Store in Menlyn comes across this. Don't hire people that don't want to work. I want to know why my phone has not been blacklisted. People are out here using my phone I get emails of them trying to get into my cloud. Why is there a thing such a blacklisting a phone when people don't want to do it.
