Bad, very bad service

I have had a data contract with Cell C and cancelled it November 2018. only to realized that to date they have been debiting my account. I have contacted them last month and they said they will call me as they are still busy with investigation.

Every week i call and need to explain my problem time and again. No one is willing to assist me. I have contacted my lawyer to see if they cant assist.
