Bad treatment to customers and inconsiderate

<p>I received a device from cell c after taking up a contract over the phone with Cell C, however the cellphone was faulty and i returned it back. From January till today cell C has been debiting my account and causing me returned unpaid debit order penalties in my standard bank account as i have not budgeted for their debit orders and sometimes they would debit twice in a month,and that caused me to even go as far as having to close my account. Several times i have been calling Cell C for help and nobody could cancell this contrack. Can cell C be so considerate to pay standard bank the unnesessary unpaid amounts that they have caused in my account?</p>
