Bad treatment by Cell C staff members

I went to Cell C shop in Witbank Higveld Mall to help my father with simswap one of the staff members told me they're off line I had to call Cell C Call Center again to try and get help but I couldn't get help even at Call Center, the lady I was talking to on the phone seem to be unwilling to help , I had to go back to Cell C shop again to check if they're back on line I found another guy I explained to him that I was told earlier by one of their staff members that they are offline I want to check if they're now able to work the guy said they were never off line who told me that. I showed him the lady who told me that , the lady didn't say anything after that , I am so disappointed that I was with an elder whom his health is not right but we had to suffer waiting at the mall because the lady didn't wanna help us but told us lies, it is very difficult for my father to walk a distance or even to stand for a long time but he had to suffer yesterday because of someone who didn't want to do her work that she is paid for...
