BAD-TERRIBLE-DUSGUSTING SERVICE

I am disgusted and disturbed by the service I have received from Cell C insurance claims . I logged a claim for a handset which was ******, and after being told that the claim has been approved I asked to find out which type of phone, and color of they phone will they be sending me. I received the most outrageous and disrespectful email from a consultant named Mpho stating a million reasons why I cant choose a phone or the colour of the phone I want. She/He told me they are just going to dump me with a phone, and I do not have a choice. She/He even had the audacity to tell me that should I be unhappy with the phone they will not be in a position to change it for me in writing. This is the same phone I have been paying insurance for every month with no fail, and now I am being told that I'm going to get whatever they want to give me with my money. The service is pathetic, and appalling!!! I regret insuring my phone with Cell C insurance, they have been nothing but useless, and the agents attitude on that email really had me up in arms. It shows how they don't respect or value their customers at all. Insurance is paid so we can claim when we encounter these kind of incidents you shouldn't make people feel wrong about claiming for the service they paid for, but should be willing to assist them because we pay for the service with our money.
