Bad staff behavior
Hi,
I had very bad experience with cell c staff from the ORTambo in Johannesburg. The staff name is Gomotso and she is so rude. I went there twice and treated me really bad. I swear to never go back there again. She is always busy on the phone, she cant even give assistance to clients. I dont know how she passed the interview when job-seeking.

I have emailed complaining about this bad staff behaviour and what you guys did was just close the case just because i didnt include my phone number or id. this is not fair.
You guys should take responsibility of your actions.
I would really like to know the disclosure of this matter and what procedures are gonna be implemented to avoid this kind of issues.
