Bad signal reception makes products worthless

How is it possible for a cellular company to sell their products if they do nothing to ensure you have a decent reception? Cell C products are good but without proper reception it is worthless.

I regard a phone call as communication, but talking about a physical problem does not fix it. No use calling me again - I have ported my number and do not need your signal anymore.
