Bad signal! Custermer Care doesnt CARE!!!

I stay outside Pmburg on a prison farm ,Sevontein. the signal is very bad here. I phoned customer care on numerous occasions ,to send a technician to our house but nothings happening. Between my wife and I we have 5 contracts with Cell C! My last conversation was even with a \ manager"";00 to by customers; how much are they willing to pay us to stay! Its was said to me that they are investigating;they send me forms to download; witch i cant (bad signal) ;they then phone me to get all the details and i must stand in the rain to talk to them. i don't now how you cant investigate by sitting at your desk. They even told me they can terminate my contracts if they cant solve the problem!!! I thought they want more customers!? I threatened them with going to the press and Hello Peter!
