bad signal

I am living in a residential area, which doesn't have good reception , I have been complaining numerous times to put a signal booster in the area,but call centre says we are trying, this is bulldust,its gone more than 5 yrs now,and I had an emergency last week sunday and couldn't even make a call from home, I even tried phoning call centre on 140 and they just kept on answering and dropping the call,this is ****** frustrating.<br> I hope youl catch a wake up, I have my family members who also have cell c in the area and will vouch with me that reception is ****. <br> I have attached an alternate number to this complaint as you would not get hold of me on my cell c
