Bad Sevice Delivery

Got a call from Cell C indicating that I can upgrade the representitive that we spoke to said that I can get the same contract with 10gig extra per month with the iphone 7 contract for only a R100 more. When the next month came I was only credited with 10gig data and all my minutes was taken. Had to purchase airtime to phone Cell C to resolve the matter. It has been more than a month and still they phone me everyday to resolve the matter and still it is not resolved. I am going to cancel the contract I have never dealt with such unprofessional people that aren't able to help me. Will make sure to share this bad experience with my colleagues and learners that streches far across western capes borders.
