I have been pay 2 line 1 on my own name for a good a year and more almost due for upgrade also been paying 2 lines as I had a credit history problem due retrenchment. Since started paying never missed a payment the payment go off every month last day 1st *** upg 7/7/2020 and the 6th *** upg 26/6/2020 and my own line *** August 2020. You can check all my bank details and debit dates there was 1 or 2 where I resubmitted Deb order due to a fault. I needed a tablet then app**** on cell c direct was told approved. Then called and said it was a ***** application after I passed all he tests an was tol I hade been approved. I was asked to send bank details it can ckery bee seen where cell c take their payments on different dates then I was told my ID which is a card ID is black and white took various fotos of ID and Private Security Industry Requlatoru authority ID and my work ID and copy of my bank card home address latest payslip the again your ID is in black and white took photo with my Huawei and Samsung phones now no answer just kee treated like a turd the link they send to check status O dB order does not work the 3 department have to approve and still none the wiser. A courtesy call to me may be nice but I ogone and just get the run around they want the sales I have proves I am a good payer through paying every month with out fail banks taembet s prove it I sent copies of all ID I have and my bank card.
