BAD SERVICE/USELESS/ DISGUSTING PRACTICE

My issue with Cell C is after paying for data or purchasing a bundle the relationship you have with cell c is that you become equivalent to toilet paper, where you'll be ran around the clock in search for assistance to only be given useless information, in fact info that they have given before as they read a m****cript to explain the fault is your own. I have followed the steps given , I have escalated the matter to either never be contacted until making contact or receiving the exact same m****cript read to you the first call you had made . After numerous issues my latest is that the recently decreased Whatsapp bundle which has increased in price seems to be ridiculous in usage as within 3 days with normal use I will run out of data .HOW ON EARTH,well apparently you can never find out from cell c as you will be DROPPED multiple times as you go through o the survey. I am looking for anybody within the company to actually acknowledge the issue the company is giving to customer and not read the black and white Bullsh** put in front of them. Do not call past 5pm, email if necessary
