Bad Services on phone repair from Cell C

I have a contract with Cell C.I expierenced problems with my phone and as per process I called the Service Centre and handed my phone in at Cell C Bayside for repairs.After almost a month I received an sms to say I can collect my phone.Iwent to pick up my phone and waited 45 minutes before someone helped me.Eventually a lady called Bianca helped me and assurred me that my phone was repaired.When I got home I wanted to use my phone but then my phone was not repaired.I had the same problem with the phone.I immediately called the Service centre to report it.They assured me that they will collect my phone on the Monday and spoke to 5 different people.The last person I spoke to said that they could not collect because their system shows that my phone is not booked out.He advised me that I need to contact the Cell C shop at Bayside.I called the shop with no answer only voice mails.Eventually after 5 calls I got through and the lady that I wanted to talk to was not available and they assured me that she will call me back.She never called me back.I spend alot of money to collect my phone and they do not give a courtasy phone .I pay for data and minutes i.e I cannot use it if my phone is at repairs.Please help I do not know what to do next.Really bad services and I am still waiting for the call back now for 3 days.
