Bad services

It is absolutely unbelievable how pathetic this service provider is, we have had 2 contracts with them one for the past 10 years and one for over 3 years. As covid affected us so badly we decided to cancel both contracts, one in April and one is July. Letters as requested were sent long before both contracts we finished. We contact the call centre's and it's a different story every time. We call the call centre they say they will get back to us and never do. They call and let the phone ring for 2 secs and the call cuts and they make a note on the system that they spoke to us. Because of the *********** staff in the call centre we chose to go into a cell c store in pavilion. Which was probably worse as they couldn't help as they said the contract has been cancelled and they gave us 2 numbers of 2 different attorneys and both those attorneys said they have no clue why their details were given as they have no accounts matching the ID number. How can a person in a position to help a client give us the run around. Why is it so hard to do what was asked. Cancel the contract and that's it. I would never ever recommend them as I have never experienced this type of service. You do the right thing and it doesn't pay off. How are u suppose to survive?
