Bad services

I have called Cell c more then twice with the same case and no help ! i spoke to Hlengiwe who is still calling me back with her manager for a whole week yet they are quick to deduct money on my account i will take this matter to the OMBUSMAN as i received no service and still have not heard anything about my device .
