Bad Services

I have been struggling with Cell C the past few months.

1. I pay my account each and every month and they still put it of. I send through the proof of payment and still get disconnected. I must ever-time leave work to go to a store to get reconnected. Even the store has all my details and proof of payments. They load it on the system and I still get disconnected.

I think its very unprofessional for a company to do this. They don't phone you they just disconnect you. I am not at fault because I pay my account on time each and every month.

I will never recommend Cell C to a friend or family. I will also consider to change networks if my contract expires.
