Cell C i am still waiting for solution and it been 5days now, no one contacted me for from Cell C. kindly note that if you debit the money on the statement i will reverse the debit order and block it. if you blacklist me i will sue you.
On the 3rd of May you logged a review with us and we requested a consultant to assist. The consultant contacted you the following day and advised that the discount on your contract expired when the contract reached maturity in April 2018. The contract has been cancelled therefore that line will not be debited as your account has been credited. Any amount that will be debited will be the amount due for the remaining lines that you have with us.
