Bad services!
I am a patient person. However I have waited 3 weeks for my phone and new contract to be delivered. The call centre agents have been rude and do not understand the concept of home delivery and not office delivery. If I am greeted with this rudeness at the beginning of my new contract, I am seriously considering choosing a different SP!
