BAD services

<p>My name is Ruan Steenberg. CELLC gave me a call and asked would i like a new phone and they took me through the proses of applying and I told the call centre agent please advise me if it has been apporved as they couldnt tel me immeditalty because there system was offline. 2 weeks went by with out hearing anything from CELL C then all of a sudden CELL C sent me a sms saying its been approved I try to get throught to CELL C call centre with no luck to stop the proses the following day they deliverd the phone> And everyday since I recieved the phone I tryed to get hold of the right people to help me to cancel my contract and send back the phone.</p>
