BAD SERVICE 👎 YOU DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR

Wow cell c, your customer service level is putrid!!! I needed a smiple statement emailed to me, with my updated address and no one could perform this request. I then request to speak to a Team Leader, and agent named BONNI transfers me to the "porting department" hoping that I would get lost in the queue and she would be rid of me. So pathetic I tell you. Cell C, word of advice - yeah customers are difficult, but your staff are outright rude and unprofessional! It's so sad that we still have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism in today's life.
