Bad service with upgrades

I`ve upgraded my contact to the Huawei P30 lite pea**** blue on 08/07/2019. The agent who did my upgrade promise me that I will get my phone on 11/07/2019. Thursday come and Thursday go, still havent received my phone, Everytime i contact Cell C they say that the stock will come the next day and so on. Today is the 8th working day, and i still havent received my Phone, when I contacted them today one of the upgrade agents informed me that the stock was received on 15/07/2019, but it does not show on the system due to the Back Lock (which Im part off). I asked her to put me through to the follow up department to see if my phone already went out. The agent was rude and said that the upgrade agent was lying to me and no stock was received. Why would they lie to the customers like that.

I am sick and tired of Cell C bad service
