Bad service with cell c contact

<p>I had a contract with cell c,after 24 months I requested to end the contract because I lost my job, the last 4 months of my contract I made an arrangement to pay cash but cell c still continued to deduct funds from my account. As a result cell c ended up owing meR210 I have been requesting for a refund since end of February this year BT I have not received it till today. I called almost everyday abt this matter but nothing was done, I faxed and email proof that they owe me and they even requested for my bank account but till today I did not get my refund.</p>
