Bad Service with Cell C
I have been calling and writing emaiks to Cell C as to whybthe amounts are different to when i spoke to the consultant when upgrading in December 2020. To date i hav nt received the recording "Kindly note this conversation is being recorded". They hav rather indicated that the consultants are nt aware of all the costs. I am now being sent from pillar to post and my contract jas been cancelled without notification.
The Poorest network i have ever delt with.

I have for the past two contacted the customer line 084135, the contacts department, the upgrade department, 4 consultants at the Head of Office, The legal department (which the number does not exist), external legal contact which was provided by Cell C (my account is not with them, back to customer care and not a single person can assist even when i ask to speak to their supervisors superior. Being sent around by this company Cell C would be an understatement really.
Where can one send a formal complaint to?
I have for the past two contacted the customer line 084135, the contacts department, the upgrade department, 4 consultants at the Head of Office, The legal department (which the number does not exist), external legal contact which was provided by Cell C (my account is not with them, back to customer care and not a single person can assist even when i ask to speak to their supervisors superior. Being sent around by this company Cell C would be an understatement really.
