Bad service will never get a contract with them

2 years ago my husband took out an laptop contract with cell c. May or June this year the 2 year contract ended and my husband phoned them to cancel it he does not want to upgrade and he had to pay a cancelation fee plus that month outstanding which he did. So now all of a sudden he is receiving sms's and phone calls from lawyers saying he has been handed over. He was handed over to ssda. When my husband phoned cell c to find out why he is handed over they cannot give him a reason so he phoned the lawyers and they don't know ither so something is real not good. Some is trying to get money somewhere
