Bad service when cancellation contract

Freaking so dissapointed honestly!!!

I made a commitment payment 10days before the time Then called after 48 hours to do the cancellation because thats what they said i must do. I then called back 3 days afterwards just to double check if everything is stil in place Just to hear that nothing was done!!! They had to escalate it again and upon that they told me that for May month i will still be billed!! This is utter bill!!

I paid the cancellation amount, my debit order went off!! I do not want data for May or be billed!!! Please please sort this out!!!!!!!
