Bad service waist of tym

Hi there when am I receiving my cell phone I'm waiting now long and fed up I called and the consultant said my cellphoned failed quality check and its been send back now I must wait agen if you can't fix the cellphone replaced it with new one because I'm paying every month insurance I'm being waiting now long fedup. Cell c really sucks I wnt refer anyone
