Bad service very poor
I had an cell c account about 5 years back with cell c. I had drop calls and poor signal - no one could sort me out as they say there was a ditch in my area. I than said I will have to cancel contract. I then stopped paying my account as I told the agent I will no longer pay till my network is better. MY account stopped no one called me back - I thought we reached an agreement .Know that I apply for a home loan it appears on my credit report. I am calling cell customer care they give me a number that does not work to get hold of the legal department to have this sorted. Could some one please contact me on ***. I have been calling for days and can not get hold of anyone in the legal department. Customer care just tell me that my account has been permanently deleted but my name is not cleared. I need help assistance.
The service of cell c is still as poor when I was with them on contract so many years back.
