BAD SERVICE!!! USELESS!!!

Ive app**** for a laptop contract in february 2022. I recieved the laptop,the accesories and the wireless pocket router. BUT NO SIM CARD!! So ive phoned customer care and explain the situation to them and they said they will follow up. NOTHING!! So i went to cell c store at montana and did a sim swop out of my own pocket so that i can have my internet. IT WORKED FOR A DAY!!!! So ive phoned customer care and they put me through to tecnical department to sort it out. They will escilate the problem! ITS JULY NOW!!Yesterday i phoned again so they say i need to go to a pep or cell c store to do a sim swop, i did go to pep as i stay far from a cell c store and buy a non rica sim,so i did it and then the excuse was they cant do a sim swop because the previous sim wasnt used. Im paying 499 each month for a service that i dont get!!! 25GB OF DATA THAT I DIDNT GET!!!! BUT THEY WANT THEIR MONEY EACH MONTH!!!!! USELESS!!!!!
