BAD SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONALISM

I took up a mobile phone & tablet contract with Cell C in Nov 2015, few days later I realized that the tab didn't come with a charger. I went back in Dec 2015 to inform the agent & she was not at the shop which I left the message for her to call me & she didn't. I went back again this year & she noted my query on her note book but she never contacted me with the outcome. I phoned at the branch several times which she was out & never returned any of my calls or she doesn't have a response. The last time I called to follow up which was 2 weeks back she told me that she will buy me a charger once she gets paid & I refused because I expected her to tell me how was Cell C handling this issue, she said she was going to get back to me which she didn't. I went to the shop today to find out & she told me that everyone at the shop said that has never happened and insisting that my tab came with the charger. Her manager was there & she didn't even bother talking to me. I left the shop without any solution to my query.
