Bad service to blacklist a device

I would just like to give my poor experience that I received trying to blacklist a device for the past month with Cellc. I took out a contract for my daughter in last year February 2015 and she got pick pocketed or ****** from her cellphone while she was away from home. All she can tell me is that she lost her phone and the last time she had the device as when they were at a stadium.I was away on training for the past 6 months and when I got back I got this new as my daughter didn't want to tell me as she know that I will go throw the roof if I hear what have happen. Last month when I got back from this training I tried to get the device blacklist with cellc, I tried the call center twice and they told me 1st they can't get the device on their system and they will send it off to the back office to get it Blacklisted and I will be contact in the next 24 hours working days a week when by still waiting to contact me. I tried the to call the call center myself again and then they informed me that since that the device have a dual sim card device that will not be able to pick the device and I need togo to a store and get a blacklist form from them and fill it in and they will fax it to the backlisting department. Following week when to the Cellc Store in Mitchell's Plain Promenade and the consultant tell that they cannot pick the device as what I told home they will not as the device is a dual sim card device. My patience is wearing out I explain to him everything I know as I also do come and experience in mobile. Then the consultant told please wait here when to their back office and come back and gave all the numbers that my daughter will be using with the device ask me when last she used the device I told him I don't know as I was away for business. Then he come back and told me they cannot find the device on their system when back to the back office and all of sudden they could pick the device and tell me the device was last use on a Vodacom network and I advise the consultant that I nor my daughter have a Vodacom contract or prepaid number and he advise me I need to contact Vodacom OKAY. You tell me how and why do I need to contact Vodacom to blacklist the device if you can pick up the device on your system after you tell me you cannot pick the device so why don't you backlist the device as I have the papers to proof to you that the device is on my name and that I took out the contract. This is not the only problem that I have with them as soon as both my contracts come to an end I will cancel the both contracts mark my word.

Device: Samsung I9060I Grand Neo +

IMEINumber: ********** ********** 1

Contract Number: ********** 477
