Bad service through all channels

I'm disappointed in the service I've received from both cell c in store as well as the call centres. It's been over a week since I reported that my phone has been lost. Up til this day it is not blacklisted, I don't even have an ITC number to be able to open a case at the police station. No one is communicating with me with the regards to this matter
