Bad Service & Theft

<p>On the 22/05/2016 via internet banking i wanted to buy airtime for my son, when i checked today the number i bought the airtime for as i was wondering why my son kept telling me that his cell hadn't been credited it turned out that i mixed some of the numbers.</p> <p>Cell number being *** instead of ***, i was prepared to make peace with my mistake and accept that i gave someone a little early christmas present. i than thought let me call this number just to see if it's exists or not and straigh to voice mail on 3 occassions.</p> <p>Called Cell C 084 140 spoke to Nontobeko who confirmed after i explained my story that the cell number is inactive & last airtime credit was the R100 i bought. This gave me hope that maybe my bank can still help with reversing the transactions which unfortunately didn't work so i called Cell C once again. Spoke to Philile who after hearing my story requested to get confirmation if a transfer of the airtime from the wrong number to the right can be done but came back with a No. Philile went to say that the number is activate, she doesn't understand why Nontobeko would say otherwise and Philile dropped the call in my ear when i asked her if this meant i should just accept that i've credited Cell C for R100 torwards a cell number that wa inactivate a few minutes ago & now is active.</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like this matter sorted urgently & the airtime credited to the right cell number.</p>
