Bad Service Shocking

We took a contract telephonically and phone's where delivered the following day and after receiving the phones one was working and it was extremely slow the other one was no working at all we called cell c immediately and we were told to call the following day as that department has left for the day we called the following day to cancel the contracts and for them to come and fetch the phones to this days they have not been collected and we have been calling and we are given different reference numbers all the times we spoke to the Manager also but still nothing happens it is amazing that they can sell you a phone over the phone and deliver it the following day but if you are not happy about it they cant collect it the service is shocking to say the least and we have four contracts with cell c. even management cant help we are told that the problem is with the people that's suppose to collect the phone. We will like for CELL C to collect this phones and cancel the contract as soon as possible. we did not put the names of all the people we spoke to including the manager because we believe cell c will re diam it self we do have the names we will wait and see for the response and the attention that will be given to this matter.
