Bad Service - Shame on you

I will never recommend this company to anyone, specially to have a contract with them. I have been complaining for days now and last week one of their media staff Thabisile called me and made all sorts of promises to have the issue resolved. Until now i received no call nothing from them. Yet every month they debit my account and feel no shame. I really don't know how they do business or why are they still doing business in this country. What a bad company with a bad network coverage......Shame on you. I cannot wait to leave you.
